Call to Order

Respecting everybody's busy schedule, a sincere effort will be made to start our meeting on time.

Introductions
 

Approval of the Minutes of the previous Meeting
 

1. Change of Time and Location of Regular Meetings

1. Changes to the Pilot Program

In view of the number of individuals who wish to attend the Board's meetings, we will consider and vote on changing the venue and time for our meetings.

The board will present and explain the changes to the Pilot Program that were made after listening to the many comments that were made during the previous meeting

Public Comment on this item will be limited to 15 30 minutes

2. Consideration of the Changes to the Pilot Program

The Board will discuss and attempt to resolve differences between proposed changes to the draft Pilot Program in light of the public comment received to date. Changes to which the Board agrees will be incorporated into a new draft that will be presented to the Board for a final vote of approval or disapproval at the December 19 meeting. The Board will not vote on any final recommendation to the City Council at this meeting.
