Call to Order
Respecting everybody's busy schedule, a sincere effort will be made to start our meeting on time.
Introductions
 
 Approval of the Minutes of the previous Meeting
 
1. Changes to the Pilot Program
The board will present and explain the changes to the Pilot Program that
were made after listening to the many comments that were made during the
previous meeting.
 Public Comment on this item will be limited to 30 minutes
2. Consideration of the Pilot Program
The Board will debate and consider to send its recommendation of the
proposed Pilot Program to the City Council.

3. Financial Update Coastal Access and Parking
Update on current Coastal Access and Parking program per Memorandum of Understanding
Introduction of Candidates to fill Vacancy of At-Large Business Member
A short introduction of the candidates that applied to become board members, election will take place at the next scheduled meeting
Public Comment on non-agenda items
The time for comment on non-agenda items will be limited to 30 minutes.

- Unfinished business shall be tabled and placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
- Public Comment will be heard after each individually numbered Agenda Item after the Board has conducted its initial discussion but before it conducts its final deliberations and voting.

 Over 150 people showed up for this meeting to oppose
paid on-street parking.  The chairman of the
Parking Advisory Board limited public access to the meeting room
(maximum capacity 88) using security guards...and continued with
the meeting agenda.
